Job Description

Lead and manage all sales and marketing activities for company projects.
Develop and execute marketing strategies, launch campaigns, and promotional plans.
Oversee CRM management, customer journey, and lead tracking processes.
Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maximize conversion rates.
Drive sales performance and achieve commercial targets and KPIs.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to ensure high productivity and accountability.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the CEO.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to support business growth.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project launches and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and business partners.
Ensure all commercial activities align with company objectives and brand positioning.

Requirements

6–8 years of proven experience in Off-Plan Real Estate Sales.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Professional fluency in both English and Arabic.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Strong understanding of real estate market trends and customer acquisition strategies.
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Presentable, professional, and highly organized personality.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience managing large-scale project launches and marketing campaigns.
