Lead and facilitate Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies for
critical plant assets.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability, availability, and operational performance.
• Apply the complete RCM methodology, including the seven RCMquestions, to identify optimal maintenance tasks.
• Conduct RCM, FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis),and criticality assessments for rotating and static equipment.
• Develop optimized Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs based onreliability analysis and equipment criticality.
• Analyze equipment performance by calculating MTBF (Mean TimeBetween Failures) and determining appropriate PM frequencies.
• Create and optimize maintenance plans to improve asset reliability while reducing maintenance costs.
• Lead cross-functional workshops involving Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Reliability teams.
• Provide technical guidance and training on RCM principles, reliability engineering, and best maintenance practices.
• Utilize GE APM Meridium for reliability analysis, asset performance management, and maintenance optimization.
• Utilize SAP CMMS for maintenance planning, PM development, work order management, and data analysis.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset performance.
Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of maintenance experience, preferably in rotating and static equipment.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in applying ReliabilityCentered Maintenance (RCM) methodology in accordance with SAE JA1011/JA1012 standards.
• Proven experience working on large-scale industrial projects in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Heavy Industries.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles and methodologies.
• In-depth understanding of SAE JA1011 and SAE JA1012 standards.
• Expertise in conducting RCM, FMEA/FMECA, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Criticality Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of rotating and static equipment maintenance.
• Ability to calculate and interpret reliability metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, and equipment availability.
• Experience in developing optimized Preventive Maintenance (PM) strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder
management abilities.

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
• CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) certification is preferred.
• Additional certifications in Reliability Engineering or Asset Management will be an advantage.
