-Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
-Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process, and finished products
-Identify defects and quality issues and implement corrective actions
-Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation
-Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
-Conduct internal audits and support external audits
-Collaborate with production teams to improve quality performance
-Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field
-Experience 2-4 in food manufacturing.
-Strong knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000)
-Experience with lab testing and quality inspection
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Good communication and reporting skills
