Develop, implement, and monitor project Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plans in accordance with project specifications and company standards.
Review method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), material submittals, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Conduct site inspections and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Identify quality issues, issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and monitor corrective and preventive actions until closure.
Ensure all construction activities comply with contract specifications, local regulations, and applicable international standards.
Coordinate material inspections, testing activities, and third-party laboratory approvals.
Prepare QA/QC reports, quality documentation, and project handover records.
Lead and mentor QA/QC engineers and inspectors while promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement.
Participate in internal and external quality audits and support project close-out activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
8+ years of QA/QC experience in large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection procedures, and construction standards.
Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, ITPs, and method statements.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality documentation.
Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Professional certifications (ISO Lead Auditor, CQE, etc.) are an advantage.
