Job Description

-Manage the full purchase order process from request to delivery.
-Coordinate with suppliers, especially manufacturers in China, and understand their manufacturing processes.
-Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve best value.
-Monitor inventory levels and participate in stock‑taking activities.
-Ensure timely procurement to meet short lead‑time orders.
-Utilize computer systems effectively to manage purchasing data and reports.
-Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure.
-Knowledge of plastic and glass products is considered an added value.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
-2–3 years of experience in purchasing or a related role.
-Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
-Good understanding of inventory management and stock control.
-Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier sourcing, and purchase orders.
-Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
-Experience dealing with local and international suppliers.
