Manage multiple infrastructure projects and construction packages simultaneously.
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of roads, utilities, drainage, and network projects.
Represent the client and coordinate with consultants, contractors, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
Review and monitor project schedules, budgets, progress, risks, and resource requirements.
Ensure proper coordination among infrastructure disciplines and resolve technical or contractual interface issues.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contracts, approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
Lead risk identification and develop appropriate mitigation and recovery plans.
Manage authority submissions, approvals, permits, and utility coordination.
Review progress reports and provide consolidated updates to the client and senior management.
Lead project meetings and ensure that decisions and action items are properly implemented.
Support commercial and contract teams in evaluating variations, claims, and project changes.
Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
PMP certification is mandatory or strongly preferred.
Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project experience is preferred.
Risk Management certification is an advantage.
Minimum of 12–15 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale or city-wide infrastructure projects.
Strong experience in roads, utilities, drainage, networks, and related infrastructure works.
Previous experience working with a PMC or engineering consultancy and representing the client is required.
Experience managing multiple contractors and packages simultaneously.
Strong understanding of infrastructure construction sequencing, planning, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Familiarity with government authority requirements, permits, and approvals.
Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, risk management, and progress reporting.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with reputable international consultants or PMCs is preferred.
