The Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering construction projects from inception through completion. The role oversees project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual obligations. The Project Manager leads multidisciplinary teams, manages consultants and contractors, and ensures successful project execution aligned with business objectives.
Lead the overall planning and execution of construction projects.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
Manage consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Review project reports, cost forecasts, and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, contractual requirements, and company policies.
Coordinate with design, procurement, commercial, and site teams.
Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to senior management.
Support contract administration, change management, and claims resolution.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
12–15 years of experience managing large-scale construction or real estate development projects.
Proven experience delivering residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
Strong understanding of project management principles, construction methodologies, and contract administration.
Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
PMP certification is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining project objectives.
