Lead the overall execution and delivery of Roads & Infrastructure projects.
Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera and/or MS Project.
Manage and supervise all project functions including Construction, Technical Office, and Quality
Ensure project milestones and progress are achieved in line with the approved timeline.
Monitor project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to resolve site challenges.
Review project deliverables, executed works, and contractors’ invoices/interim payments.
Prepare periodic progress reports and present project updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred).
7–15 years of relevant experience in Roads & Infrastructure projects.
Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure and road construction projects.
Previous exposure to projects with the New Urban Communities Authority is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication, reporting, and team management skills.
Previous experience in coastal projects or new cities developments is considered an advantage.
