The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering real estate and construction projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and aligned with quality and safety standards, while managing stakeholders and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee project delivery across all phases
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Monitor project progress and mitigate risks
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Report on project performance to senior management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
13–15+ years of experience in construction and real estate development
Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
PMP or similar certification is a plus
