* Receive and process new insurance policy issuance requests.
* Review customer information and insurance coverage details for accuracy and completeness.
* Enter and update policy data in the company’s system.
* Issue insurance policies and share them with clients or the sales team.
* Process amendments, endorsements, and additions to existing policies.
* Follow up on policy renewals, cancellations, and modifications.
* Ensure all policies comply with company guidelines, regulatory requirements, and legal standards.
Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in insurance operations, policy administration, policy issuance, underwriting support, or a similar role.
* Experience within an insurance company, brokerage
* Good understanding of insurance policies and policy administration processes.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
* Ability to work with insurance management systems and databases.
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
