* Conduct patient consultations and assess suitability for proposed treatments or procedures.
* Develop individualized treatment plans and explain expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare.
* Perform plastic surgery and aesthetic procedures permitted under the physician’s qualifications and license.
* Provide appropriate follow-up care and manage patient progress.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow medical safety standards.
* At Consultant level, provide specialist guidance and supervise relevant clinical care.
Requirements
* A PhD/clinical doctorate, completed fellowship (Part 1 and Part 2), or recognized board certification in Plastic Surgery is required.
* Specialist: At least 8 years of total relevant experience, including 3 years after obtaining the required specialty qualification.
* Consultant: At least 7 years of relevant experience after obtaining the required specialty qualification, and must meet Kuwait MOH’s total experience requirement for Consultant classification.
* A recent experience certificate from the current workplace is required, whether from a private clinic or a government institution.
* A bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or diploma alone is not accepted.
