Develop, update, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
Prepare baseline schedules, recovery plans, look-ahead schedules, and project progress reports.
Monitor project performance against approved schedules and identify delays and critical path impacts.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure schedule alignment.
Analyze project risks and recommend mitigation and recovery plans.
Prepare earned value analysis (EVA), productivity reports, and forecasting.
Monitor resource utilization and support project cost control initiatives.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
Participate in project meetings and provide schedule updates and recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
+5 years of planning experience in construction projects.
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
Good knowledge of project scheduling methodologies and critical path analysis.
Experience preparing project dashboards and progress reports.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Power BI is a plus.
