* Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Develop financial and operational forecasts, including sales, demand, and budgets.
* Support annual and long-term strategic planning.
* Monitor and report on KPIs and business performance metrics.
* Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management.
* Conduct market and competitor analysis.
* Recommend process improvements and cost optimization strategies.
* Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and other departments.
* Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities.
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in:
* Business Analysis
* Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
* Strategic Planning
* Or similar roles
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good understanding of business and financial concepts.
* Good knowledge of data analysis techniques.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
