- Prepare and produce a wide range of oriental desserts (Baklava, Kunafa, Basbousa, Maamoul, Om Ali, etc.)
- Ensure product quality and full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Develop and enhance recipes while introducing new dessert items
- Manage and organize raw materials while minimizing waste
- Work collaboratively within a team and handle work pressure efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field
- Previous experience in pastry shops or hotels is preferred
- Strong skills in decoration and presentation
- Good knowledge of ingredients and preparation techniques
- Relevant certifications or training courses are a plus
