Oversee company operations, including Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality Control, HSE, and Site Operations.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Optimize factory operations, procurement processes, inventory management, and supplier performance.
Monitor project execution, productivity, and operational performance while driving continuous improvement.
Lead operational teams, establish KPIs, and promote accountability and collaboration.
Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and HSE regulations, and identify and mitigate operational risks.
Requirements
Minimum 15 years of experience in construction, marble, natural stone, finishing, or related industries.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
An MBA or postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.
Strong operational leadership and project management experience.
Excellent knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and site operations.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and improve operational efficiency.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
