The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business acquisition by managing the complete sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying prospects to closing deals and ensuring successful client onboarding. The role focuses on generating sustainable business growth by acquiring new clients for freight forwarding and logistics services, including ocean freight, air freight, customs clearance, inland transportation, and project cargo. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with decision-makers, understand customer logistics needs, prepare tailored commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also requires monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and maintaining accurate sales pipeline reports.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales with a proven record of winning new business.

Strong business development and client acquisition skills.
Experience managing the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting through contract signing and client onboarding.
