Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and site engineers to ensure constructability and efficient execution of mechanical systems.
Perform quantity take-offs (QTO) and material take-offs (MTO) from BIM models to support procurement planning, cost control, and variation order submissions.
Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with Saudi Building Code (SBC), project specifications, and industry standards.
Support BIM implementation, model quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
