* Lead and manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) design and integration across multidisciplinary projects.
* Oversee projects from concept design through full lifecycle delivery.
* Act as Technical Lead or Reviewer on large and complex projects.
* Interpret client requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
* Ensure compliance with regional and international building codes and standards.
* Drive sustainable design practices and ensure alignment with environmental standards.
* Lead system integration across multiple engineering disciplines.
* Participate in technical and financial reviews, client meetings, and strategic workshops.
* Support business development activities including bid preparation and proposals.
* Implement and promote digital tools and innovative solutions for project delivery.
* Provide leadership and direction to engineering teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
* Drive strategic initiatives and contribute to overall business growth and performance.
Requirements
* 15 years of experience in MEP design and multidisciplinary engineering projects.
* Chartered Engineer or equivalent certification is preferred.
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline.
* Strong expertise in MEP systems integration and building services design.
* Solid knowledge of regional and international building codes and standards.
* Proven experience leading large-scale, complex projects.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in sustainability practices and digital engineering tools.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
