Carry out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
Repair, overhaul, install, and dismantle mechanical equipment as required.
Maintain pumps, compressors, cooling-water systems, conveyors, HBI machines, and hydraulic systems.
Support plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and commissioning activities.
Follow HSE, PTW, and LOTO procedures at all times.
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5–10 years of experience, or ITI/Fitter with 8–12 years.
Experience in gas-based DRI plants is preferred.
Good knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance, alignment, pumps, compressors, and hydraulics.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and troubleshoot equipment failures.
