Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in senior marketing roles, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
- Experience managing marketing operations across multiple countries.
- Strong expertise in branding, product development, trade marketing, CRM, digital marketing, and media buying.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams and managing significant marketing budgets.
- Strong understanding of global market trends and consumer behavior.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
