We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee import and export operations, customs clearance, shipping activities, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient movement of goods while coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete import and export cycle.
Handle customs clearance procedures.
Manage shipments through the Nafeza system.
Prepare and review import documentation, including Form 4 and banking documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
Monitor transportation and delivery schedules.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian import/export regulations.
Resolve logistics and customs-related issues efficiently.
Optimize logistics costs and delivery performance.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/import-export.
Hands-on experience with:
Import & Export operations
Customs Clearance
Nafeza
Shipping documentation
Form 4
Banking documents related to imports.
Experience in the plastic raw materials industry is preferred and was emphasized by the client.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
Good English communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian import/export regulations.
Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
