- Coordinate inbound shipments and track ETAs, ETDs, vessel schedules, and transshipments.
- Communicate with freight forwarders, transporters, warehouses, and cold stores.
- Prepare and follow up on shipping and customs documentation.
- Support customs clearance and delivery scheduling.
- Monitor logistics costs and report any shipment delays or operational issues.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and reports.
- Coordinate with cold stores to ensure timely unloading, stock accuracy, and temperature integrity.
- Identify potential logistics risks related to transportation or storage and escalate them when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Logistics or Import Operations.
- Good knowledge of shipping processes and documentation.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
