- Act as the main point of contact for all logistics-related communication (emails & coordination)
- Manage and respond to incoming logistics emails in a timely and professional manner
- Track and document sea shipments from international suppliers end-to-end
- Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintained
- Coordinate between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
- Follow up on shipment status and proactively resolve delays or issues
- Escalate complex cases and critical decisions to the Logistics Manager
- Maintain clear communication flow across all stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics operations
- Strong hands-on experience with sea shipments and related documentation
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
