-Coordinating with shipping companies, freight carriers and warehouse teams.
-Reducing costs by negotiating with carriers and optimizing routes.
-Identifying and resolving route inefficiencies or shipping delays.
-Managing bills of lading and other shipping documentation, such as packing lists and proof of delivery.
-Preparing and processing shipping documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork, while ensuring compliance with regulations.
-Monitoring shipments in real-time using tracking systems and providing updates to stakeholders.
-Acting as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints related to pickup/deliveries.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
-0-2 years of experience.
-Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding end-to-end supply chain processes.
-MS Office Proficiency.
-Knowledge of transportation and customs regulations.
-Managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
