Review contractor design submissions for plumbing and fire protection systems.
Verify compliance with international codes, project specifications, and UAE authority requirements.
Review hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing, pressure losses, and system performance.
Review shop drawings, technical material submittals, and related documentation.
Issue technical responses and clarifications to contractor queries.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, and other MEP disciplines.
Support technical approvals and ensure designs meet Civil Defense standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or Building Services.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in plumbing and fire protection systems.
Mandatory Middle East experience.
Strong knowledge of UAE local regulations and Civil Defense requirements.
Willingness to travel to the UAE for short project-related assignments.
