-Organize and classify warehouse shelves to ensure materials are stored in their designated locations and can be easily identified.
-Regularly check that materials are available on their assigned shelves and record any missing or misplaced items in the ERP system.
-Review all materials to ensure they have the correct item codes and report any missing or incorrect codes.
-Personally conduct daily counts for items with identified stock issues or recurring discrepancies.
-Carry out periodic inventory counts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
-Accurately document all observations, stock variances, and issues identified during inventory counts.
-Investigate inventory discrepancies, trace their causes, and follow up with the relevant teams until they are resolved.
Requirements
-2–3 years of relevant experience in inventory control, stock management, or warehouse operations.
-High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant ERP systems.
-Fast and accurate data entry skills, with the ability to maintain reliable inventory records.
-Strong ability to trace stock movements, identify discrepancies, and help resolve inventory issues.
