* Manage instrumentation and control activities across the DRI Plant.
* Support installation, testing, commissioning, start-up, and maintenance activities.
* Review P&IDs, instrumentation datasheets, control system architecture, and technical drawings.
* Support FAT, SAT, testing, and performance verification activities.
* Monitor and troubleshoot DCS, PLC, SIS/ESD, and SCADA systems.
* Coordinate with technology licensors, vendors, EPC contractors, and internal teams.
* Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
* Lead and support instrumentation engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
* Ensure compliance with applicable HSE and technical standards.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline with 10–15 years of relevant experience; OR
* Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering with 12–18 years of relevant experience.
* Minimum 8 years of experience with MIDREX or HYL/ENERGIRON technology.
* Strong knowledge of DCS and PLC systems.
* Experience with SIS/ESD, SCADA, and industrial control systems.
* Exposure to Siemens PCS 7 is highly preferred.
* Knowledge of SAP PM/MM, HART, Modbus, HAZOP, and SIL is an advantage.
* Strong commissioning, start-up, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience.
* Good English communication skills.
