Install, calibrate, test, and maintain field instruments, transmitters, analyzers, and control valves.
Perform cable laying, glanding, termination, loop checking, and testing.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of instrumentation equipment.
Troubleshoot field devices, marshalling cabinets, and basic control-system faults.
Maintain maintenance records and comply with PTW, LOTO, and hazardous-area procedures.
Requirements
Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering with 5–8 years of experience, or ITI with 8–12 years.
At least 5 years of experience in MIDREX or HYL plants.
Ability to read P&IDs, loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, and datasheets.
Good knowledge of calibration, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
