Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Generate new leads and identify business development opportunities.
  • Promote and sell PPE, safety products, and fire-fighting equipment.
  • Prepare sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
  • Provide technical product knowledge and recommend suitable safety solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and product proposals.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assess customer needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Follow up on sales opportunities, quotations, and client feedback.
  • Maintain customer records and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.


  • Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in PPE, fire-fighting equipment, safety products, industrial supplies, or related technical products.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Technical knowledge of PPE and fire-fighting equipment.
  • Experience in business development and lead generation is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage with clients and understand their technical/commercial needs.
  • Good analytical skills to assess customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales activities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
  • Experience in industrial or safety equipment sales is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Good command of English for communication with international partners.
