Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Generate new leads and identify business development opportunities.Promote and sell PPE, safety products, and fire-fighting equipment.Prepare sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.Provide technical product knowledge and recommend suitable safety solutions.Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and product proposals.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.Assess customer needs and provide customized solutions.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.Follow up on sales opportunities, quotations, and client feedback.Maintain customer records and sales activities using CRM tools.Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.Requirements3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in PPE, fire-fighting equipment, safety products, industrial supplies, or related technical products.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.Technical knowledge of PPE and fire-fighting equipment.Experience in business development and lead generation is highly preferred.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to engage with clients and understand their technical/commercial needs.Good analytical skills to assess customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales activities.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.Experience in industrial or safety equipment sales is a strong advantage.Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.Good command of English for communication with international partners.
