* Develop, implement, and monitor Project HSE Plans.
* Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory HSE requirements.
* Monitor contractor performance and enforce HSE standards across project sites.
* Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and compliance assessments.
* Lead incident investigations and ensure timely reporting and corrective actions.
* Prepare and present HSE performance reports to clients and management.
* Conduct risk assessments and review Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS).
* Coordinate with Project Management, Construction, and QA/QC teams to ensure safe project execution.
* Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Manage HSE documentation, records, and compliance reporting.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred).
* Extensive infrastructure HSE experience may compensate for academic specialization.
* OSHA Certification (Mandatory).
* ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 Auditor Certification (Preferred).
* PMP Certification is an advantage.
* Minimum 12–15 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment.
* Previous experience within PMC/Consultancy environments is mandatory.
* Proven experience in infrastructure projects(Roads - Utilities- Excavation-Earthworks)
* Strong experience in HSE Management Systems
* Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS)
* Incident Investigation & Reporting
* Safety Audits & Compliance Management
* Experience managing multi-contractor project environments.
