* Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on-site.
* Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
* Perform risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and recommend preventive measures.
* Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
* Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for employees and contractors.
* Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and company HSE standards.
* Monitor the use of PPE and safe work practices across the site.
* Prepare HSE reports, statistics, permits, and safety documentation.
* Coordinate emergency response activities and participate in emergency drills.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety performance.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in Construction, Infrastructure, Industrial projects.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any relevant discipline.
* NEBOSH IGC is required.
* Good knowledge of OSHA standards, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
* Experience conducting site inspections and safety audits.
* Strong communication and reporting skills.
* Good command of English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
