- Recruitment and staffing (handling hiring processes and conducting interviews)
- Onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Administration of benefits and compensation packages (including insurance).
- Managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries.
- Mediating conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Organizing new hire documentation and paperwork.
- Maintaining up-to-date employee records.
- Overseeing records management and compliance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience as an HR Specialist or similar HR role.
- Strong experience in recruitment and selection, including screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Proven experience in employee relations, handling employee issues, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems is an advantage.
