* Develop and manage strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and B2B clients to generate consistent sales.
* Promote and sell a diverse range of food products while identifying client needs and offering suitable solutions.
* Identify and explore new sales opportunities, channels, and untapped market segments to expand business reach.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with assigned KPIs.
* Conduct regular field visits and market research to monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
* Maintain long-term partnerships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
* Prepare and submit sales reports, lead updates, and pipeline progress to support strategic sales planning
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* 2–3 years of sales experience in FMCG, B2B sales
* HoReCa Sales Experience is a must
* Strong communication skills
* Negotiation and persuasion skills
* Proactive and results-oriented mindset
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
