-Lead mathematics curriculum planning, pacing, and quality assurance across grades.
-Manage teacher performance through observation cycles, coaching, and training.
-Develop and monitor assessments, moderation, and reporting standards.
-Analyze student achievement data and implement interventions and support plans.
-Ensure consistent teaching approaches, resources, and classroom standards.
-Drive department improvement projects (problem-solving, numeracy, STEM alignment).
-Coordinate departmental meetings and communicate updates to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience as an overall. with 3-5 years as a head
