- Lead and manage the Architectural Design team across multiple projects.
- Oversee the full design process from concept and design development through final design deliverables.
- Review architectural designs, drawings, and technical documentation to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure design integration.
- Manage project priorities, workloads, deadlines, and deliverables across the design team.
- Coordinate with the Saudi head office/client team and ensure smooth communication between the back office and project stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and direction to architects and senior team members.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in Architectural Design.
- Previous experience working in a back-office setup with a Saudi company.
- Strong experience in Real Estate and Construction projects.
- Proven experience in managing large architectural design teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of architectural design and multidisciplinary coordination.
