-Perform daily accounting transactions, general ledger entries, and maintain supplier and client accounts using Excel ledger models.
-Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) reconciliations and follow up on outstanding collections.
-Manage daily cash transactions, petty cash, and monthly bank reconciliations.
-Conduct regular physical inventory counts at factory warehouses and reconcile actual stock with Excel records.
-Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies.
-Assist the Senior Accountant in preparing inventory data, stock codes, and item lists for Odoo ERP migration.
-Support monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
-2–4 years of accounting experience.
-Inventory accounting and stock control experience is required.
-Manufacturing/factory experience is preferred.
-Good knowledge of AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and cash management.
-Very good MS Excel skills.
-Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems is preferred.
-Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
