-Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
-Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
-Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
-Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
-Process invoices, payments, and banking transactions.
-Monitor expenses and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
-Support tax, audit, and compliance requirements.
-Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
-Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters.
-Ensure accounting records comply with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-1–2 years of experience in in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Shipping Lines (is a must).
-Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (ERP systems is a plus).
-Good communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
