Job Description

*Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable standards
*Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial reporting
*Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
*Develop and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs
*Own the annual budgeting cycle and periodic forecasting processes
*Track performance against budgets and recommend corrective actions
*Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control initiatives
*Ensure compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and financial standards
*Manage external and internal audit processes end-to-end
*Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies
*Mitigate financial risks and ensure proper documentation
*Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital
*Oversee banking relationships and financial transactions
*Provide actionable financial insights to senior leadership
*Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and analysis
*Identify risks and opportunities impacting business performance
*Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team
*Ensure high performance, accountability, and continuous skill development
*Drive a culture of accuracy, ownership, and efficiency

Requirements

Minimum 5-10 years in a *Finance Manager role
*Experience in multi-entity or group structures is highly preferred
Have prior experience in one of the following sectors: " *Real Estate, Hospitality / Hotels, Medical / *Healthcare / Hospitals, Agriculture, Manufacturing / Industrial "
*Strong expertise in: Financial reporting & analysis, Budgeting & forecasting, Cost control and financial planning, Taxation and compliance
*Advanced proficiency in: ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar), Microsoft Excel (advanced level: modeling, pivot tables, reporting)
*Proven leadership and team management capability,
*Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA, etc.)
