• Achieve and exceed business objectives and international sales targets through prospecting new clients
• Take over the responsibility for export sales in several markets
• Responsible for building strong business relationships with targeted clients
• Monitor change in the international market situation
• Resolve product or service problems and customer complaints
• Address all problems promptly including writing a detailed report to keep on file
• Establish and manage relationships with new importers and traders to ensure meeting of their financial and order commitments through market feedback and visits
