• Achieve and exceed business objectives and international sales targets through
prospecting new clients
• Take over the responsibility for export sales in several markets
• Responsible for building strong business relationships with targeted clients
• Monitor change in the international market situation
• Resolve product or service problems and customer complaints
• Address all problems promptly including writing a detailed report to keep on file
• Establish and manage relationships with new importers and traders to ensure meeting
of their financial and order commitments through market feedback and visits (fresh
produce field)
• Continually attempting to penetrate new markets
• Coordinate with various divisions in the company to achieve the strategic goals
• Prepare periodical sales reports to senior management as required
• Gather and update information and market data of the targeted markets
• Attend international fairs and exhibitions to promote products and establish relations
with targeted clients
