* Lead the Electrical Technical Office team and manage all design activities.
* Review and approve shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submittals.
* Coordinate with consultants, clients, and site teams.
* Ensure designs meet project specifications, budget, and timelines.
* Manage quantity surveying, BOQs, and cost control related to electrical scope.
* Provide technical support to site execution teams.
* Monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues.
* Participate in planning, value engineering, and project optimization.
* Ensure documentation and approvals are properly maintained.
Requirements
* Minimum 13 years of experience (Technical Office / Design).
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Strong background in electrical design for large-scale projects.
* Experience in managing teams and multiple projects.
* Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit (is a plus), and design software.
* Strong understanding of codes, standards, and project specifications.
* Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
