- Lead the academic and operational performance of the Early Years/KG stage, ensuring high teaching standards and student wellbeing.
- Ensure curriculum implementation, lesson planning quality, and consistency across classrooms.
- Monitor pacing plans, learning objectives, and assessment practices to ensure alignment and progress.
- Oversee formative and summative assessment processes appropriate for Early Years.
- Supervise and coach teachers through observations, feedback, and development plans.
- Organize professional development sessions and support teachers in classroom management and effective instructional strategies.
- Maintain strong parent communication, support parent meetings, and manage escalations professionally.
- Ensure a welcoming and supportive learning environment aligned with the school’s values.
- Coordinate with the Academic Director/Principal and other Heads to ensure smooth school operations.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as an Early Stage Head / KG Coordinator / EYFS Lead.
- Strong experience in international school systems; American curriculum experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead quality, assessment, and pacing across Early Years classes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
