-Track and monitor sales performance and distribution across assigned areas.
-Build, lead, and develop a highly productive sales team.
-Set sales targets and provide ongoing support to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
-Manage and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through regular visits.
-Develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring proper implementation of marketing plans.
-Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
-Ensure full and effective execution of marketing activities and campaigns.
-Conduct regular field visits with Medical Representatives to monitor performance and provide coaching.
-Recruit and select qualified Medical Representatives.
-Monitor and control monthly sales forecasts and team performance.
-Analyze underperformance and implement corrective actions.
-Provide consistent reporting, feedback, and conduct market and competitor analysis.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, or Science.
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a District Manager within the pharmaceutical industry.
-Previous experience in CNS products is a must.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
-Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor performance and take corrective actions.
