-Promote and sell assigned banking products to new and existing customers.
-Generate leads through field sales activities, referrals, and proactive outreach.
-Conduct customer meetings, explain product benefits clearly, and close deals.
-Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and results.
-Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets and KPI requirements.
-Ensure high customer service standards and professional communication.
-Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding and documentation completion.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree, Military service status must be clear.
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Experience is preferred in one of the following sectors: Banking, FMCG sales, Insurance, Microfinance, Telecom, or Retail sales.
-Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Willingness to work in field/direct sales and meet customers in person.
