- Manage end-to-end performance marketing across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Drive lead generation with clear targets for CPL, CAC, and ROI.
- Optimize the full funnel (ads → landing pages → conversion).
- Own campaign analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Align with Sales to ensure lead quality.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience with at least 2 years in supervision (B2B preferred).
- Proven track record in performance marketing and lead generation.
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
