- Supporting management of multiple projects or project packages
- Assisting in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
- Supporting budget monitoring and cost control
- Contributing to risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Coordinating with stakeholders (clients, consultants, contractors, authorities)
- Supporting marine/environmental approvals and authority coordination
- Assisting in preparation of project reports (progress, risks, updates)
- Supporting execution of marine construction activities (e.g., piling, dredging, quay walls)
- Ensuring compliance with marine regulations and environmental constraints
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Marine / Coastal preferred) – Mandatory
Master’s degree in Project Management or relevant field – Preferred
Equivalent marine/coastal project experience may substitute postgraduate studies
PMP – Preferred
Primavera P6 / MS Project – Preferred
Risk Management Certification – Advantage
10–12+ years of total experience (required)
