* Develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales insights.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment plans.
* Analyze sales performance and identify forecasting risks and opportunities.
* Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and procurement teams to ensure demand alignment.
* Generate periodic forecasting and inventory reports.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the planning process.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience as a Demand Planner within the FMCG industry.
* FMCG experience is a must.
* Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
* Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles is preferred.
