Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Consumer Engagement Support

· Assist in the deployment of engagement toolboxes based on the brand strategy to enhance the IQOS consumer experience.

· Help ensure brand consistency across events and touchpoints in collaboration with internal teams.

· Support the preparation of branded content for offline and online channels to deliver a smooth, cohesive omnichannel journey.

Event & Activation Assistance

· Assist in organizing and coordinating events, activations, and product experiences.

· Support the setup, execution, and on-ground operations of events to ensure a positive consumer experience.

· Assist in monitoring the quality of execution and share feedback for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Coordination

· Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, digital) to support consumer engagement activities.

· Communicate event needs, timelines, and deliverables with relevant stakeholders as directed by senior team members.

Consumer Journey Support

· Help ensure smooth transitions between offline and online engagement channels.

· Support the collection of consumer feedback and insights to contribute to improving the engagement journey.

Reporting Assistance

· Assist in tracking engagement activities and summarizing basic performance indicators.

· Support in compiling event reports, consumer feedback, and engagement learnings.

Accountabilities

· Support the execution of engagement programs.

· Assist with program logistics and planning tasks.

· Contribute to delivering high-quality consumer experiences.

· Coordinate with external partners when required, under supervision.

· Provide basic reporting and documentation.



Requirements

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

· 1-2 years of experience in FMCG, HoReCa, events, brand activations, or customer-facing roles (internships included).

Skills

· Good organizational and time-management skills.

· Strong communication skills (English & Arabic).

· Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple projects.
