Monitor and supervise all site construction activities performed by contractors.
Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and project standards.
Verify contractor compliance with project execution plans and approved methodologies.
Review contractor schedules and monitor progress against approved baselines.
Identify delays, risks, and potential bottlenecks.
Coordinate recovery plans and corrective actions when required.
Participate in progress review meetings and schedule assessments.
Manage and oversee contractor and subcontractor performance.
Ensure effective coordination among all site stakeholders.
Resolve interface issues between contractors, consultants, and project teams.
Monitor manpower, equipment, and resource deployment.
Ensure implementation of project QA/QC procedures.
Verify contractor compliance with approved quality standards and specifications.
Participate in audits, inspections, and quality reviews.
Review method statements, shop drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals.
Monitor implementation of approved design changes and site instructions.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering.
Minimum 12 years of relevant construction experience.
Extensive site-based construction management experience on major projects may substitute postgraduate qualifications.
Experience on mega projects, mixed-use developments, high-rise buildings, infrastructure, airports, hospitals, industrial facilities, or large-scale commercial developments.
