* Manage day-to-day site activities to ensure execution aligns with project scope, timelines, and quality standards
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain workflow efficiency and resolve site challenges
* Track project progress, identify technical issues, and drive timely resolution in line with approved designs
* Enforce HSE policies and QA/QC standards across all construction phases
* Review and validate drawings, material submittals, and method statements
* Support delivery through structured reporting and stakeholder alignment
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline
* Minimum 5 years of experience in construction execution within real estate or mixed-use developments
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site operations, and QA/QC processes
* Familiarity with KSA regulations, codes, and project delivery frameworks
* Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder project environments
